Some of your fonts cannot be saved... but that font isn't even installed

I created a deck using a set of fonts, but since removed on of the fonts from my system and also done a find/replace fonts to remove it. But when it the template is used elsewhere and saved it gives the "Some of your fonts cannot be save..." warning and shows the offending font, which is not on my system and, according to PPT, not even in the file. HELP!!!!

Please try the following steps to see if the font is still in the template:

1. In the Home tab, go to the Editing group > click the little black triangle besides Replace > select Replace Fonts;

2. Check if the font still exist in the Replace drop-down list, if it exist, click the "Replace" button.

3. Click Save.

If you already tried the above steps, you may also try the following steps:

1. Save your presentation as PowerPoint XML Presentation (*.xml);

2. Close PowerPoint, then open the PowerPoint XML Presentation with Notepad;

3. On Notepad, go to Edit > Replace > replace the font name that caused this issue with another font name, such as Calibri;

4. Save the PowerPoint XML Presentation and close Notepad;

5. Open PowerPoint and open the PowerPoint XML Presentation > save it as a new .pptx presentation.
